Meet Sara Page Hall

Sara Page Hall is a deeply experienced yoga instructor with a passionate commitment to growth, inclusion, and community. Sara Page has over 1000 hours of training experience with modern yoga masters, including Baron Baptiste & Seane Corn. She is a Tier 2 Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor having completed the Baptiste Institute curriculum of Level 1, 2, & 3 programs. Sara Page is also a certified Yin instructor & Pivot accountability coach, IFS coach, Bhakti practitioner, and avid student of the Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali & the Baghavad Gita with a deep interest in the mystical power of kirtan & chanting the holy names of the divine.

Sara Page resides in Northern New Jersey & teaches at Hot Yoga Revolution in Cranford and Metuchen, NJ.  As a storyteller and self-described "Disney Freak", Sara Page brings her background in theatre performance, a deep passion for authentic personal expression, and lived experience of the transformational power of yoga to offer accessible & challenging practice to her students.

I’m drawn to the angel number 333. During a particularly challenging season of my life, it kept presenting itself through clocks, signs, and even on receipts. Being curious, I looked up what it meant, and felt very comforted by its meaning. It represents healing, success, health, and abundance. Deep gratitude to my angels 🙏🏻
